We Make Appointments Easier
We aim to make appointments easier by offering emergency appointments, convenient hours, and family appointments.
Emergency Appointments Welcome
Tooth pain can be some of the worst pain imaginable. It's hard to get through the day with your tooth throbbing in pain. That's why we make sure to prioritize emergency appointments. If you feel you need to see a dentist right away, call us or walk right in. We will find a way to see you as soon as possible.
Convenient Hours: Early Morning, Late Evening, and Saturdays
Life can be busy. At our office we make sure that booking your appointment has never been easier. We offer early morning appointments (open at 7am), late evening appointments (close at 8pm), and we're even open on Saturdays (7am to 8pm as well)!
Family Appointments
It can be hard to juggle all the appointments necessary when you have a family to look after. We are happy to make appointments easier for you and your family by offering family appointments – everyone can be seen at the same or back-to-back on the same day so you can save time and frustration!

Multi-Lingual Staff
Did you know that a few of our staff are multi-lingual? We hope letting you know this may help you if you, a parent, or grandparent would prefer speaking their first language during their appointment. We know how hard it can be to rely on others to translate your wishes for you - especially during a medical appointment like going to the dentist. This will give you or them more independence! Dr. Fisher speaks German and Dutch. Dr. Hassen speaks Arabic, Greek, and French and Michelle at reception is also fluent in ASL (American Sign Language).
Free WiFi & Netflix in Every Room
Our office offers free WiFi and Neflix in every room so you can stay connected and watch your favourite shows while we take care of your smile.
Free Teeth Whitening
We want the patients at our office to always be happy with their smile. We make this possible by offering free teeth whitening to all of our patients – new or familiar! Whenever you feel that your teeth could use a little brightening, just mention it to the dentist and we will book you another appointment to get your smile back to a brilliant white - no charge!
Fresh Fruit & Coffee/Tea Bar
A lot of our patients are busy families and professionals on-the-go and may just need to grab a quick coffee, or snack before getting back on the road. While you wait, or before you leave grab a quick coffee or tea from our coffee/tea bar or grab a fresh piece of fruit.
Cozy Waiting Room
Our office was recently renovated to have a a spa-like feel - especially in the waiting room. We want to make sure you can cozy up at the office since you're staying a while. Grab a fresh pair of slippers or a blanket in the waiting room and feel free to bring it with you to while you get your teeth cleaned!
Massaging Dental Chairs
We want your experience at our office to feel as spa-like as possible - that's why we have upgraded our office chairs to have a massage function! Now you can get your smile cared for, and get a back massage all at the same time.
Kids' Play Area
We want our little patients to feel welcome! We have an entire room dedicated for kids to play while they wait for their appointment. There is a TV in every room with a Kids Netflix account so they can even watch their favourite show while we care for their smile.

Location is super important and before choosing this office we made sure it would "tick" a lot of boxes for the patients coming to our office. It's close to home, close to public transit, offers free parking, free bike storage, wheel chair accessibility, and even offers stroller storage and changing tables for the little ones.

We are conveniently located in the Bayshore Shopping Centre which is centrally located in Downtown Bayshore so that it feels close to everyone. With the shopping closeby you can even get some errands done before or after your appointment. There are a couple grocery stores, apparel stores and electronic stores nearby.
Close to Public Transit
Do you take public transit? Luckily our dental office is located in the Bayshore Shopping Centre which is conveniently home to the Bayshore Bus Terminal. You can get to your appointment easily and also get to anywhere in the city after your appointment!
Free Parking & Bike Storage
Because we are located in the Bayshore Shopping Centre we have great access to some really great perks - like ample free parking and indoor bike storage! If you like biking, we encourage you to bike to your next appointment!
Wheelchair Accessible
If you use a wheelchair then do not fear - our office is entirely wheelchair accessible so that you can navigate to your appointment and around our office without obstruction. If you have any suggestions on how we can make your appointment easier, just let us know. We're happy to help.
Stroller Storage & Changing Table
We love families at our office, so we are happy to let you know that we have room set aside in our office for you to store your stroller while your family is getting their teeth cleaned. The public washrooms, just steps outside our office, also feature a family restroom that includes a changing table and comfortable nursing area.

We want to ensure that you are able to prioritize the care of your smile by removing as many barriers as possible. We offer direct billing to insurance, we accept multiple forms of payment (visa, mastercard, debit and cash), and we also offer payment plans.

We follow the dental fee guidelines so that we can ensure our services are affordable for our patients. By following the industry standard that is set every year we can make sure that we are offering a fair price for our services.
Direct Billing to Insurance
No more filing paperwork after your appointment - if you have dental insurance our reception team will be able to file that for you after your appointment.
